Abandoned Item Cutoff Date Approaches! + Project Status

Head's up!  The cutoff date to claim your items by filling out the Backerkit survey approaches!   Your surveys must be filled out by January 11th or your items will be returned to my inventory and your pledges considered donations to my business.  I will not offer exchanges or refunds after this point!

My Backerkit stats show that 4 people have not filled out their surveys.  These individuals have all been contacted via Kickstarter PMs as well as email.  I will not be making any more attempts after today, as I have done all I can, so please check your surveys if you do not remember paying for shipping!

In other news, the pins are in production and are estimated to be delivered to me by the 17th!  I can't wait to share the new shimmery samples once they arrive.

In the meanwhile, Add On items are being made ready to go so I can start putting together shipments as soon as they arrive on my doorstep!  Once again, I'll be employing My Mom and Husband (TM) with their packaging magic skills to help.

SOON!  We're almost there, guys!  Thanks so much for your patience with my quality control standards.  It's going to be worth the wait!

New Factory Samples + Update Your Addresses!

The fateful day has arrived. The factory has sent me video of the Lady of September and October pins with the shimmer pearl enamel!

The effect is subtle, as I requested, as I didn't want them to be too tacky with large glitter bits.  They couldn't quite do the swirl I was hoping for since the area of the pins is too small.  Overall, I'm pleased with it!  It's harder to see in the September pin with the lighting in the factory, but the October pin shows off the subtle shimmer nicely!

The Pins are Being Printed!

Now that I have approved the shimmer enamel, the entire order of pins has been placed and is on its way to being printed!  The factory has informed me they will take 2-3 weeks to prepare and they should be able to get them out before Lunar New Year, which usually causes production delays.  Hopefully we will not have a delay because of this holiday, but if we do, I will let you all know!

Action Needed!  Update Your Shipping Address

I have sent out a final notice via Backerkit for everyone to update their shipping addresses so that I can be ready to start fulfilling pins as soon as they arrive to me.  

I've also sent reminders to the 7 Backers who haven't filled out their surveys via Backerkit and via PM.  Please be sure to check your messages if you have not filled out your survey yet!  The abandoned item cut-off date in which all unclaimed items will be returned to my inventory and the money from these pledges treated as a donation is January 11th, 2020, which is edging ever closer!

Goddesses of Winter Pins Launched!

Happy holidays, everyone!  I hope to have some new samples of the shimmery Goddesses of Autumn pins to show off soon, but in the meanwhile, I'm happy to announce that the 3rd in the set of 4 for the Birthstone Goddesses enamel pins has launched!   The Goddesses of Winter have arrived!

The Winter set features the enamel pin designs for the Goddesses of December, January, and February.

The GODDESS OF DECEMBER's pin represents the Turquoise birthstone and White Narcissus birth flower.  She draws inspiration from Saint Lucy.

The GODDESS OF JANUARY's pin represents the Garnet birthstone and Carnation birth flower.  She draws inspiration from Persephone.

The GODDESS OF FEBRUARY's pin represents the Amethyst birthstone and Violet birth flower.  She draws inspiration from the goddess and saint Brigid.

There's also an Early Bird deal for those who are quick enough.  There are still 17 Early Bird slots left as of this writing!

Manufacturing Delays + Christmas Promise Card

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving (or a grand Thursday, if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving).

I was hoping that I would be able to tell you all today that I got the new samples in and that they are beautiful!  Unfortunately, the company creating the pins has been so slammed with orders for the holidays that they made mistakes on this 2nd set of samples, too.  I'm sharing them so you all can be in the know:

 Here are the original samples on the left versus the new samples on the right:

The big missing element in the new set is the pearlescent enamel that should be in the disc of September's headdress and the veil and dress of October.  The lovely sandblasted gold effect of the first samples have also been left out completely.

I'm pretty disappointed because this means we're officially delayed and pins will not be arriving by Christmas unless you are one of the few folks who ordered the Goddess of November pin by itself, which I have only 5 perfect samples of right now that are ready to ship.

I know the company is pretty slammed right now for the holidays, but I've let them know we'd rather wait for them to do this right because I know they can do good quality work!  The GODDESSES OF SUMMER pins came out beautifully and I adore the detail they've captured in these samples, so I'm hopeful they will get this right with the next sample set.

Holiday Gift Promise Note

I really wanted these pins out in time for the holiday, but quality trumps deadline in this case!  Here's a printable note for you to gift for the holidays in the meanwhile.

I apologize for these delays and ask for your patience.  The good news at least is that I'll be leaving the Pre-Order Shop open for a bit longer, if you know of anyone else who missed the Kickstarter who would like to secure their own pins from this first printing.

I expect the next Update to be about the delivery of the hopefully pristine next set of samples so we can get these pins in production.  I'll let you all know as soon as I know!

Deadline for Surveys TODAY!

Greetings, Backers!

The deadline for filling out your surveys is TONIGHT at 11:59 pm EST!  I will be locking orders when I wake up tomorrow morning.  

If for some reason you do not get your survey in before the deadline, never fear!  You can still get your items and Add Ons, but you may end up having your item delivery delayed, as I will be basing the amount of items I need to order on the surveys that are locked by the deadline tonight and may not have enough items to fill all orders/surveys that come in after this deadline (meaning I will have to re-order any extras for late surveys).

My manufacturer has informed me that new pin samples have been produced and will be mailed out to me on or before November 25th.  I'll share them in an Update as soon as they are received!
